1. The software
Finscope / EMIS is a closed analysis and screening software. It is a tool you operate yourself for informational and educational purposes. It is not investment advice, not a brokerage, and performs no order execution.
2. Permitted use
EMIS is licensed for your own personal use only. In particular:
- No API and no raw data feed.
- No CSV / Excel / raw data export.
- No redistribution, resale, sublicensing or white label.
- No use as a third-party data source.
- No public sharing, scraping, bots or automated extraction.
3. Access
Access to EMIS is controlled by Finscope. Payment does not automatically activate access. After payment, access is activated through the Finscope access process.
4. No advice
Nothing in EMIS is investment, tax or legal advice or a trading recommendation. You remain solely responsible for your own decisions.
5. Changes
These terms are a draft placeholder and will be finalised subject to legal review before any public use.
