EMIS is licensed for your own personal use only. You may not:

• No API.
• No raw data feed.
• No CSV / Excel / raw export.
• No redistribution.
• No resale.
• No sublicensing.
• No white label.
• No public sharing.
• No use as a third-party data source.
• No scraping, bots or automated extraction.

2. Access

Access to EMIS is controlled by Finscope. Payment does not automatically activate access; access is activated through the Finscope access process.

3. Review

These data rules are a draft placeholder and will be finalised subject to legal review before any public use.
